Flying☆Witch is a slice-of-life manga by Tsuchiya Minatsu. It follows high school student Makoto Kowata as she moves to the countryside to live with her cousins and train as a witch. The series is known for its calm, atmospheric tone and lighthearted episodic stories. It has been serialized in Kodansha’s Monthly Shōnen Magazine since 2012 and is available in English through Kodansha USA. An anime adaptation was produced by Studio Ghibli’s former staff in 2016.
