As of late 2023, the manga ‘Tough: Ryuu wo Tsugu Otoko’ (also known as ‘Tough 2nd’) is considered complete. The series concluded its serialization run, bringing the story of Kiichi Miyazawa and his pursuit of martial arts mastery to a definitive end.
